LGBT OUT IN THE BAY
"LGBT Out in the Bay" is a group who cater specifically to the needs of Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender people. We seek to offer a safe environment in which people can discuss issues that they may feel more comfortable discussing with people from within the community. It is our aim to be a fun group, to offer a chance to Socialise to anyone and especially those adults who may feel alone or a vulnerable because of their sexuality. With this in mind we look to organise regular social events which are suggested by the group and we are always open to new ideas. Regional organisation that seeks to support lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans young people in the North West of England. We offer:
Services for Young People
The Regional Network – a professionals' network for youth workers running LGBT youth services across the whole of the North West.
Training and Consultancy – we offer a wide range of LGBT Awareness training opportunities from workshops for young people through to bespoke training for professionals working in the youth sector.
LANCASTER & S. LAKES LESBIANS
The group (previously 'Lunettes') started in 2005 and is a social group for lesbian and bi women. We meet regularly in the Kendal and Lancaster areas; new people are always welcome!
OUTING THE PAST - LGBT HISTORY MONTH
Every February, Lancashire Archives, Libraries and Museums contribute to events and projects to celebrate the history, culture, and experience of lesbian, gay, bisexual , and transgender people of Lancashire. You’ll be able to find out about all that’s going on and what has been on.
We’ll welcome your comments and, most importantly, your contributions. If things that you read strike a chord and bring back a memory, please let us know. The whole point of “Outing the Past” is to tell our Lancashire story in a way we never have before!

We are a youth group specifically for young people in Lancaster, Morecambe and the surrounding rural areas, aged 13 - 19 years old, who identify themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans or are questioning their sexual identity (LGBTQ). PYrO is part of the Lancaster Rainbow Generation Youth Forum (below).

RAINBOW GENERATION YOUTH FORUM
A youth forum for young people in Lancashire, aged 13 to 19, who identify themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans or are questioning their sexual identity (LGBTQ).
The forum meets regularly to raise awareness and campaign on issues that impact on LGBTQ young people's lives and help their voices to be heard by decision makers. Rainbow Generation also meets every 8 weeks as part of Lancashire Youth Council and young people have the opportunity to elect a representative to meet regularly with Lancashire County Council's Cabinet Members.
LGBT - Meets Friday 5-6pm in Pendle TV Room, Lancaster University.
