They also do FREE repairs (you pay for any new parts needed) at their
cycle surgery on the the first Saturday of every month, from 10am-1pm
(best to phone first) and give free / cheap tuition on basic repair and maintenance. Amazing.
Satori: I took my bike in for a repair - the woman there saw how I was sitting on it and suggested a number of things they could do to make it fit me better and more safely. When I came back for it they had spotted something else that could potentially have been quite dangerous and sorted it (one of the cables was positioned so that if it should snap it would lock my front wheel! So they fitted a little metal shield to keep it clear). Including the original repair the whole thing cost about £15. It's like a new bike. They are really something.

Satori (2012): I've used this for 11 years now. For a smaller fee than other breakdown services I'm covered for every car I travel in, whether as driver or passenger! I've called them out many times. I need a truly reliable service as I frequently transport frail disabled/elderly people. This one has always taken very good care of me and my companions. Speedy roadside repairs, local knowledge, good advice, good recovery. I used to be in the AA. This is better.
