One of the country's
oldest working theatres, the show has gone on for more than 200
years. Tours of the exuberant Edwardian interior can be arranged
by
appointment via the box office and also take place on Saturdays
in July and August at 11am and 2pm. Running for 45-60 mins, they
may include a glimpse of actress Mrs Sarah Siddons, the Ghost-in-Residence.
Tickets are usually on sale two months prior to an event.
Situated in the Great Hall Complex at Lancaster University, the Nuffield Theatre is one of the largest theatre studios in Europe.
